14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
Eligibility
You may request a full refund within 14 days of your first subscription payment. This applies to both monthly and annual plans. The 14-day window begins on the date your first payment is processed.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email support@gronta.com with your account email address and the reason for your refund request. Our team will review and respond within 2 business days.
Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days and returned to your original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been initiated.
Exceptions
Credit top-up purchases are non-refundable once credits have been added to your account. Annual plan refunds made after the 14-day guarantee period are prorated based on the remaining unused months of the subscription.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription anytime from Settings > Billing in your Gronta dashboard. After cancellation, you will retain access to all features until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation.
