Welcome to Gronta. These Terms of Service govern your use of our platform and AI employee services. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Gronta's platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our services.

2. Use of Services

Gronta provides AI employee services for business automation. You may use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.

3. Subscription & Billing

Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis. You authorize us to charge your payment method on each billing cycle. You may cancel at any time; access continues through the end of your current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

4. AI Employee Usage

AI employees are provided as-is and are designed to assist with business tasks. You are responsible for reviewing and approving any output generated by AI employees before acting on it. Gronta does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of AI-generated content.

5. Intellectual Property

Content generated by AI employees using your data belongs to you. The Gronta platform, branding, and underlying technology remain the intellectual property of Gronta. You may not copy, modify, or reverse-engineer any part of our platform.

6. Limitation of Liability

Gronta shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent or harmful activity. Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately. You may export your data within 30 days of account termination.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Billing and Payments

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis in USD. All payments are processed securely via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize Gronta to charge your payment method on each billing cycle. If a payment fails, we will provide a 7-day grace period during which you can update your payment information before your account is downgraded.

10. Free Trial

New users may be eligible for a 14-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. At the end of the trial, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan unless you cancel before the trial expires.

11. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from Settings > Billing in your dashboard. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to your plan's features until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time, except within the 14-day money-back guarantee window.

12. Disputes and Chargebacks

If you have a billing concern, please contact support@gronta.com before filing a dispute with your bank or card issuer. We commit to resolving billing issues within 48 hours. Chargebacks filed without first contacting our support team may result in temporary suspension of your account pending investigation.

13. Credits and Top-Ups

Monthly credits are allocated on your billing anniversary date and reset each cycle — unused credits do not roll over to the next period. Credit top-ups are one-time, non-refundable purchases that are added to your account balance immediately upon payment.
